We do not create user accounts. We do not collect passwords, payment information, or personal demographic data.

How We Use Your Information

  • Generate personalized business audit reports.
  • Send you an emailed copy of your report, if you request one.
  • Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

To deliver our audit reports, we use the following third-party services:

  • Google Places API & PageSpeed Insights — to retrieve publicly available business information and website performance data.
  • Google Custom Search — to discover publicly available business information across the web.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — to generate personalized insights and recommendations in your report.
  • Resend — to deliver emailed copies of audit reports.
  • Vercel — to host our website and process requests.

These services process data as necessary to perform their functions. Each operates under their own privacy policies.

Cookies & Tracking

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (page views and performance metrics). This is privacy-friendly analytics that does not use cookies for tracking and does not collect personal information.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.

Data Retention

Audit report data is temporary and expires within 24 hours of generation. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.

Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for business owners and are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
